This welcoming apartment is located in the heart of Budapest’s 6th district, just a few steps from Andrássy Boulevard and the Oktogon metro and tram station. The neighborhood is lively and convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, fast-food options, and pharmacies all within walking distance.
Public transport connections are excellent: you’ll find several bus lines, the 24-hour tram 4-6, and Metro line 1 right nearby. All major universities can be easily reached from this central location.
The apartment has 4 private bedrooms (one student per room), a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa on the corridor, a bathroom with tub and sink, plus a separate toilet. For your convenience, the kitchen includes both a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Each bedroom is fully furnished and comes with sheets, towels, pillows, and a duvet provided—so you can settle in comfortably from day one.
The security deposit: 2 months’ rent, the flatmates will be students. We provide maintenance and also cleaning service twice a month.
