At SmartHome Apartments, we’re committed to providing a seamless and stress-free experience throughout your stay.

From the moment you book until your check-out, you’ll be in direct contact with us—Zita and Mattia. We personally handle every detail to ensure your comfort. If any maintenance is needed during your stay, we’ll arrange it promptly. We’ll also coordinate your cleaning schedule: our cleaner visits twice a month to clean the entire apartment, including common areas and your private room. She’s also happy to change your bed linen—so you can focus on your studies, friends, and enjoying life in Budapest.

During check-in, we’ll walk you through the apartment and your room, provide the Wi-Fi password, and hand over the keys after receiving the security deposit.

All rooms are fully furnished and move-in ready, complete with bed linens, towels, duvets, and pillows. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, so all you need to bring is your luggage and yourself. 

At check-out, we’ll inspect the apartment together, return your deposit, and sign the check-out document.
